Delivery and Shipping
The delivery cost is £8.50 for each order.
All orders placed with us online will be delivered within 5 working days.
IMPORTANT : PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT SELL TO CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE UK, PLEASE DO NOT PLACE ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE MAINLAND BRITAIN AS WE CANNOT FULFILL YOUR ORDER.
Our couriers deliver between 9am and 5:30pm Monday - Friday. For urgent orders, please call us as we can try and arrange a quicker delivery service subject to an additional charge.
On receipt of delivery if any goods are damaged, Microbar Online Beer requires that the shipment is refused for delivery. Please contact Microbar immediately Once goods are accepted for delivery you, the customer, has accepted that the goods are "in good condition".
Beer lost or damaged will be replaced free of charge provided we have the item(s) in stock. If the items are out of stock we shall recommend a suitable replacement. The replacement order will be dispatched as soon as practically possible.Alternatively we reserve the right to offer a full refund for damages.
Returns for reason other than damaged bottles - If you are not satisfied with the product in any way please contact Microbar Online Beer. All goods must be returned intact no later than 5 working days from delivery. Any carriage cost is the responsibility of the customer.
General Delivery Notes
Carriage charges incurred by Microbar Online Beer. are non-refundable if all attempts for delivery have failed. If a customer requests re-delivery after our initial attempts to deliver have failed all additional carriage costs are charged at cost.
Goods that are requested to be left at a location without a signature are left solely at the customers own risk. If you wish goods to be left you must request this in your 'delivery instructions'
Please note we only currently deliver to mainland UK locations.
Microbar Online Beer accepts no responsibility for failure of delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.
